Payment is required for qualified leads that respond to your outreach within 30 days of initial contact. Pricing varies by plan and is clearly outlined on our pricing page. All payments are processed securely and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

Users are responsible for providing accurate information about their target audience and ideal customer profile. Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our services, including but not limited to anti-spam laws and data protection regulations.

5. Data Usage and Privacy

6. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. Scheduled maintenance and unexpected technical issues may temporarily affect service availability. We will provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance when possible.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Texas.
